各位朋友,大家好。非常高興有這樣一次機(jī)會(huì)與大家交流分享。我是來(lái)自北京市新英才學(xué)校的執(zhí)行校長(zhǎng)張萬(wàn)瓊,我今天給大家分享的題目是“為學(xué)生打造多元立交橋式的發(fā)展路徑”。


北京市新英才學(xué)校位于北京市順義區(qū),它是一所集幼兒園、小學(xué)、初中、高中為一體的15年一貫制的國(guó)際化學(xué)校。我們學(xué)校是2008年建校,而今已經(jīng)有12年了。在第二個(gè)10年到來(lái)之際,我們學(xué)校推出了“愛(ài)創(chuàng)百年”的教育計(jì)劃,學(xué)校立志要辦一所影響世界的中國(guó)名校。我們要培養(yǎng)有世界擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)闹袊?guó)英才,在愛(ài)與創(chuàng)造教育主張之下,新英才形成了自己獨(dú)特的教育價(jià)值觀。



我們培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生必須具有如下的品質(zhì):愿愛(ài)世界、身心健雅,終身學(xué)習(xí),跨界交流,善于決策,勇于創(chuàng)新,服務(wù)中國(guó),心系天下,成為既有情懷信仰,又有能力擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)囊淮⒉?。我們要賦予學(xué)生掌控未來(lái)的幸福力,因?yàn)槲覀儓?jiān)信人生不是單行線,學(xué)習(xí)不是獨(dú)木橋,知識(shí)的孤島給予不了孩子海闊天空的壯懷激烈。我們要想把孩子送到幸福的、成功的彼岸,必須為學(xué)生架起一座幸福的立交橋。基于此,我們把學(xué)校15年一貫制分成了4段6銜接,基本形成了三年為一個(gè)周期的孩子發(fā)展階段。在每一個(gè)銜接階段,我們都為孩子們做好了銜接和預(yù)備,讓孩子平滑過(guò)渡,成長(zhǎng)為最好的自己。


新英才還為學(xué)生們建立了融通大道,和多元立交橋式的發(fā)展路徑。在我們的小學(xué)、我們的幼兒園、我們的初中,我們是為孩子們鋪設(shè)的一條融通大道,讓我們的孩子在一條大道上去自由的奔跑,自然的生長(zhǎng)。讓他們?nèi)ミx修許多的課程,去嘗試自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng)在哪些方面。也有可能遇到挫折,不斷的去轉(zhuǎn)軌。在這個(gè)過(guò)程當(dāng)中,孩子們可以形成良好的習(xí)慣,擁有扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

為了實(shí)施HISTREAM的課程體系,我們是以雙螺旋的課程模式進(jìn)行,也就是半日分科和半日融合。分科會(huì)讓孩子們的學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)更加系統(tǒng)更加扎實(shí),以適應(yīng)考一流大學(xué)奠定基礎(chǔ)。融合課程主要是培養(yǎng)孩子們的創(chuàng)新能力,

Hello, everyone. I am very happy to have such an opportunity to share with you. I am Zhang Wanqiong, the executive principal of Beijing New Talent Academy. The topic I will share with you today. is “A Diversified Overpass for Students’Personalized Development”.


Beijing New Talent Academy is located in Shunyi District, Beijing. It is a 15-year consistent international school integrating kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school and high school. Our school was established in 2008, and it has been 12 years now. On the occasion of the coming of the second decade, our school launched an education plan of “Love and Creativity”, Our school is determined to establish a famous Chinese school that will influence the world. We are committed to cultivating Chinese talents with global responsibilities, Under the educational proposition of “Love and Creativity”, Beijing New Talent Acamedy formed its own unique educational values.


The students we cultivate must have the following qualities: Keep the willings to love the world and maintain physical and mental health, Willing to learn for life and communicate across borders, Be good at decision-making and be creative, Willing to serve China and care about the world, Become a generation of talents who have both sentiments, beliefs and the responsibility. We want to empower students to control their future, Because we firmly believe that life is not a one-way street, learning is not a single-plank bridge, Knowledge alone cannot make children go further. We want to send our children to a happy and successful shore, so we must build a happy overpass for students. Based on this, we divided the school’s 15-year consistent system into 4 segments and 6 linkages. Which basically formed a three-year cycle of child development.
